Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

● Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Marina Mafia Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can help make it right.
